We offer a 90 day money back guarantee if there are any defects that are integral to the functioning of the product itself. External misuse and damage will void any such warranty 

Customers will be responsible for return postage fee 

What if I change my mind?

We do not provide refunds for a change of mind. We will, however, facilitate an exchange for incorrect sizing or provide store credit in such instances that Blem deems it to be appropriate 

To qualify for an exchange, item must be unopened, undamaged and unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

Personalisation

Personalised water bottles generally require 1-2 business days to be fulfilled. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless found otherwise faulty
